The Just for Smiles Foundation attaches great importance to protecting your data against unauthorized access and applies the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.

We do not pass on your data or sell them to third parties or organizations. Our service providers may only use the information provided to fulfil their mandate and are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act, which are very strict in this respect.

The Just for Smiles Foundation has its own address file, which it maintains itself. The contact details you provide when you register on our donor portal are sent to us in encrypted form via secure access. We first check whether they are not already in our address file and, if so, adapt or save them. Secure data transmission is guaranteed by Secure Sockets Layer Software (SSL). This encryption software meets current technical requirements.

Payment card data provided to Just for Smiles is transmitted in encrypted form to an external partner certified by the payment card industry (PCI DSS). They are neither saved nor analysed by Just for Smiles itself.
